TDP bis je 270W) und Intel® C741 Chipsatz, konzipiert als x86-Plattform mit hoher Kernanzahl und umfangreicher Erweiterbarkeit für HPC- und Edge-Rechenzentrumsknoten.
Mit 12 x DDR5 5600MHz RDIMM bis 3TB, integriertem TPM 2.0 und IPMI 2.0 über einen ASPEED AST2600 BMC liefert es Zwei-Sockel-Xeon-Scalable-Leistung auf einem Board von 12 x 16,452 Zoll.
