The Avalue EPD-4200-B1 is a 42" ePaper outdoor open-frame monitor built on a T1000 T-CON board with an E Ink ED420TT5 panel, designed as a sunlight-readable, ultra-low-power outdoor signage display.

With a 2160 x 2880 E Ink panel, front IP65 / back IP64 sealing and a wide -15°C ~ 65°C operating range, it functions as an extended USB display drawing power only when content changes.

It connects via a single USB 2.0 port with a 12V DC input, weighs ~12kg in a 676 x 910 x 58 mm open frame, passes vibration/shock/drop testing (IEC 60068-2-64/-27, ISTA-1A) and carries CE / FCC Class A, an outdoor ePaper display kit for transit and public information.
