The Avalue EPM-1607 is a compact M.2 expansion card designed to provide four independent RS-232 serial ports via a PCIe 2.0 interface. Compatible with M.2 B-M key slots in 2242, 2260, and 2280 form factors, it offers flexibility for various embedded systems.
Each port supports baud rates up to 115200 bps and includes a 256-byte FIFO buffer to ensure efficient data transmission. Engineered for industrial environments, the module operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and withstands vibration (5G @ 5~500Hz) and shock (10G @ 11ms) tests.
