Die Avalue HPS-246U4A ist eine 19-Zoll-4U-Rackmount-Workstation auf Basis des Avalue HPM-246UA Serverboards mit einem Intel® Core™ i7/i5/i3, Pentium®, Celeron® oder Xeon® E Prozessor der 8./9. Generation (max. TDP bis 95W) und Intel® C246 Chipsatz, konzipiert als netzwerkstarker, verwaltbarer Rechenknoten für Edge-Server und Netzwerk-Appliances. Mit 4 x DDR4 2666MHz ECC/Non-ECC DIMM bis 128GB, einem 500W PS2 ATX-Netzteil und IPMI 2.0 über einen ASPEED AST2500 BMC vereint sie effiziente Core/Xeon-E-Leistung mit sieben Intel GbE-Ports in einem Gehäuse von 430 x 174,8 x 650 mm. Sie bietet flexible PCIe Gen3/Gen2-Erweiterung plus einen PCI 3.0 Steckplatz, 3 x von vorne zugängliche 2,5-Zoll-Schächte, 7 x Intel I210AT 1GbE, dreifache DP++ (4K) Displayausgabe, USB 3.2 Gen2/Gen1 und VGA und läuft unter Windows 10 IoT oder Windows Server 2016/2019.
