Das Avalue HPM-621DE ist ein Dual-Socket-EATX-Serverboard mit zwei Intel FCLGA3647 Sockeln für Intel® Xeon® Scalable Prozessoren der 1. und 2. Generation (max.

TDP bis je 150W) und Intel® C621 Chipsatz, konzipiert als x86-Plattform mit hoher Kernanzahl und umfangreichen Speicheroptionen für Edge-Server und HPC-Knoten.

Mit 12 x DDR4 2933/2666/2400/2133MHz RDIMM/LRDIMM bis 1.5TB, integriertem TPM 2.0 und IPMI 2.0 über einen ASPEED AST2500 BMC liefert es Zwei-Sockel-Serverleistung auf einem Board von 12 x 13 Zoll.
