Das Avalue HPM-621UA ist ein Single-Socket-ATX-Serverboard mit Intel FCLGA3647 Sockel für Intel® Xeon® Scalable Prozessoren der 1. und 2. Generation (max. TDP bis 150W) und Intel® C621 Chipsatz, konzipiert als verwaltbare x86-Rechenplattform mit umfangreichen Speicheroptionen für Edge-Server und HPC-Knoten. Mit 6 x DDR4 2933/2666/2400/2133MHz RDIMM/LRDIMM bis 768GB, integriertem TPM 2.0 und IPMI 2.0 über einen ASPEED AST2500 BMC liefert es zuverlässige Serverleistung auf einem Board von 12 x 9,6 Zoll. Es bietet flexible PCIe Gen3-Erweiterung (bis zu 3 x x16 oder 6 x x8 plus einen PCI 3.0 Steckplatz), eine M.2 M-Key PCIe 3.0 x4 NVMe, 9 x SATA III (RAID 0/1/5/10), vier Intel I210AT 1GbE und USB 3.2 Gen1/USB 2.0 und läuft unter Windows 10 IoT, Windows Server 2016/2019 oder Ubuntu 18.04 LTS oder neuer.
