The Avalue HPM-621UA is a single-socket ATX server board built on the Intel FCLGA3647 socket for 1st and 2nd Generation Intel® Xeon® Scalable processors (max. TDP up to 150W) with the Intel® C621 chipset, designed as a manageable, storage-rich x86 compute platform for edge servers and HPC nodes. With 6 x DDR4 2933/2666/2400/2133MHz RDIMM/LRDIMM up to 768GB, onboard TPM 2.0 and IPMI 2.0 via an ASPEED AST2500 BMC, it delivers reliable server-class performance in a 12" x 9.6" board. It provides flexible PCIe Gen3 expansion (up to 3 x x16 or 6 x x8 plus a PCI 3.0 slot), an M.2 M-Key PCIe 3.0 x4 NVMe, 9 x SATA III (RAID 0/1/5/10), quad Intel I210AT 1GbE, and USB 3.2 Gen1/USB 2.0, running Windows 10 IoT, Windows Server 2016/2019 or Ubuntu 18.04 LTS or later.
