Produktbeschreibung

Der Nexcom APPC 1540T ist ein lüfterloser 15-Zoll-Industrie-Panel-PC im Format 4:3 XGA (1024 x 768) für die Fertigungshalle, Maschinenautomatisierung und HMI-Einsätze.

Der On-Board-Intel Celeron J1900 Quad-Core (bis zu 2,0 GHz) ist mit zwei DDR3L-SO-DIMM-Steckplätzen (4 GB Standard, bis zu 8 GB) und einem passiven Kühlkonzept ohne bewegliche Teile kombiniert.

Der Massenspeicher umfasst einen extern verriegelten CFast-Sockel plus optional eine 2,5-Zoll-SATA-HDD/SSD oder ein SATA-DOM im internen Laufwerksschacht.

Der 5-Draht-resistive Flush-Panel-Touchscreen liefert typisch 400 cd/m² Leuchtdichte, ein Kontrastverhältnis von 2500:1 und einen Betrachtungswinkel von 88° auf allen vier Achsen hinter einer Kunststofffront mit Schutzart IP65, geeignet für Fabrikumgebungen und leichte Hochdruckreinigung (Washdown).

Die rückseitige I/O umfasst zwei Intel I210 Gigabit-Ethernet-Ports, zwei isolierte COM-Ports RS-232/422/485 (2,5 kV Isolation), einen VGA-Ausgang für ein zweites Display, 2 x USB 2.0 und 1 x USB 3.0, Line-Out-Audio (Realtek ALC888S-VD2), Netz- und Reset-Schalter sowie einen 2-poligen Fernein-/ausschalter, dazu zwei interne Mini-PCIe-Sockel und einen SIM-Kartensteckplatz für optionale Wi-Fi- oder 3.5G-Module.

Die Stromversorgung erfolgt über einen weiten Eingangsbereich von 12 bis 30 V DC mit optionalem AC-DC-Netzteil 12 V / 60 W (P/N 7400060062X00).

Das Gehäuse ist für einen Betrieb von -5 °C bis 60 °C ausgelegt, 10 bis 90 % rF nicht kondensierend, lässt sich per Panel / Wand / Standfuß / VESA 100 x 100 mm montieren und ist CE-gekennzeichnet sowie FCC Class A. Unterstützt Windows 10 / 8 / 7 (32-Bit + 64-Bit) und Windows CE 7.0.
