Product Description
The Nexcom APPC 1540T is a 15" 4:3 XGA (1024 x 768) fanless industrial panel PC for factory floor, machine automation and HMI deployments.
The on-board Intel Celeron J1900 quad-core (up to 2.0 GHz) is paired with two DDR3L SO-DIMM sockets (4 GB default, up to 8 GB) and a passive thermal design with no moving parts. Storage covers one externally-locked CFast socket plus an optional 2.5" SATA HDD/SSD or SATA DOM in the internal drive bay.
The 5-wire resistive flush-panel touchscreen delivers 400 cd/m² typical luminance, a 2500:1 contrast ratio and 88° viewing angle on all four axes behind an IP65-rated plastic front bezel suitable for factory and light-washdown environments.
Rear I/O includes dual Intel I210 Gigabit Ethernet, two isolated RS-232/422/485 COM ports (2.5 kV isolation), one VGA secondary display, 2 x USB 2.0 and 1 x USB 3.0, Line-out audio (Realtek ALC888S-VD2), power and reset switches and a 2-pin remote power on/off, with two internal mini-PCIe sockets and a SIM card slot for optional Wi-Fi or 3.5G modules.
Power is wide-range 12–30 V DC with an optional 12 V / 60 W AC-DC adapter (P/N 7400060062X00). The chassis is rated -5°C to 60°C operating, 10–90% RH non-condensing, mounts panel / wall / stand / VESA 100 x 100 mm and is CE-marked plus FCC Class A.
