The Avalue HPM-621DE is a dual-socket EATX server board built on twin Intel FCLGA3647 sockets for 1st and 2nd Generation Intel® Xeon® Scalable processors (max. TDP up to 150W each) with the Intel® C621 chipset, designed as a high-core-count, storage-rich x86 platform for edge servers and HPC nodes. With 12 x DDR4 2933/2666/2400/2133MHz RDIMM/LRDIMM up to 1.5TB, onboard TPM 2.0 and IPMI 2.0 via an ASPEED AST2500 BMC, it delivers two-socket server performance in a 12" x 13" board. It provides 4 x PCIe Gen3 x16, 2 x PCIe Gen3 x8 and a PCI 3.0 slot, an M.2 M-Key PCIe 3.0 x4 NVMe, 10 x SATA III (RAID 0/1/5/10), 4 x OCuLink for U.2, quad Intel I210AT 1GbE, and USB 3.2 Gen1/USB 2.0, running Windows 10 IoT, Windows Server 2016/2019 or Ubuntu 18.04 LTS or later.
