Description du produit

The Nexcom NISE 4200 is a wide-temperature fanless industrial box PC built on the 6th Generation Intel Core i5-6442EQ (Quad Core, 1.9 GHz, 6 MB cache) or Core i3-6102E (Dual Core, 1.9 GHz, 4 MB cache) BGA embedded processor on the Intel QM170 / HM170 PCH.

Two DDR4 SO-DIMM sockets accept up to 32 GB (unbuffered, non-ECC). Storage includes a 2280 / 2240 B+M Key M.2 slot, an mSATA slot and an internal 2.5" SATA HDD/SSD bay. Display reaches three independent outputs, 1 x DVI-D and 2 x DisplayPort 1.2, covering dual or triple-display production HMIs.

Front I/O carries the DC 24 V ±20% input, an ATX power switch, COM1 (RS-232/422/485 BIOS-selectable), 4 x USB 3.0, 2 x USB 2.0, both Gigabit LAN ports (Intel I210-IT + Intel I219-LM with iAMT 11 on the 4200Q-6442EQ SKU) and a line-out audio jack.

Rear I/O adds 5 x DB9 for COM2 (RS-232/422/485 auto flow control) plus COM3, COM6 (RS-232) and the 1 x DVI-D port.

Internal extras: 1 x USB 2.0 type A, 1 x USB 2.0 box header, 16-channel GPIO pin header (8 x GPO + 8 x GPI, TTL 5 V), on-board TPM 2.0 (SLB9665) for data encryption, two internal mini-PCIe sockets for Wi-Fi / 3.5G / LTE / mSATA and a SIM card socket.

The aluminium fanless chassis is rated -20°C to 70°C operating with airflow, 10 à 93% RH non-condensing, IEC 60068-2-64 / -2-6 vibration and IEC 60068-2-27 shock protection on both HDD and SSD/M.2. CE (EN 55032 / EN 55024) and FCC Class A. OS support: Windows 7 32/64-bit and Windows 10 64-bit.

Two SKUs: NISE 4200Q-6442EQ (P/N 10J00420002X0, iAMT) and NISE 4200H-6102E (P/N 10J00420005X0, without iAMT). TSL Automation supplies the Nexcom NISE 4200 worldwide.
