The Nexcom APPD 1700-1 is a 17" 4:3 SXGA (1280 x 1024) industrial touch monitor designed as a second display for Nexcom NISE fanless computers, NViS surveillance systems and APPC panel PCs. The LED-backlit panel delivers 350 cd/m² typical luminance and an 800:1 contrast ratio behind a 5-wire resistive flush-panel touchscreen with 81% light transmission. The plastic front bezel is rated IP65 and the flush face is easy to wipe down for cleanrooms, food and beverage lines and other regulated environments. Rear I/O carries three locked video inputs — VGA (DB-15), DVI-D (on a DVI-I connector) and DisplayPort — and a dual touch interface (USB type A and optional RS-232 on a DB-9). Power is 24 V DC ±20% through a 3-pin Phoenix terminal block, with an optional 24 V / 60 W AC-DC adapter (P/N 7400060054X00). The monitor mounts panel, wall, stand or VESA 100 x 100 mm. OSD is via a rear keypad. The APPD 1700-1 is CE-approved and FCC Class B tested, sized for industrial second-display, HMI mirroring and remote-display roles.
