A rugged 10.1" industrial HMI

The Cermate IPM210 is a 10.1-inch human-machine interface panel built for industrial operator stations. It uses a 1024 x 600 TFT-LCD with true 16.7M colour and an ultra-wide viewing angle, housed in a compact flat black panel with a streamlined front aluminium frame (customisation available).

Built for the plant floor

The IPM210 carries an IP65 rating for water and dust resistance, making it suitable for a wide range of operating environments. Patented fasteners allow tool-free quick installation, and the ergonomic, slim-frame design fits cleanly into machine and cabinet cut-outs.

Connectivity and IoT

It is powered by an ARM9 32-bit RISC CPU and provides multiple communication interfaces — USB, RS-232, RS-422/485 and Ethernet — for fast, secure data transmission. The IPM210 supports the MQTT IoT protocol, PLC remote penetration and automatic data exchange, so it integrates into modern connected-factory architectures as both an operator panel and a data node.

Software and remote management

The IPM210 is programmed with Cermate's PM Designer v4.0 and supports an ecosystem of management tools: Inter-Device Connection Service (IDCS), the tManager PLC channel-setting software, the HIH mobile remote-monitoring app, and the PanelVision multi-window monitoring system — giving engineers flexible local and remote visibility of the line.
