Product Description

The Avalue OSM-IMX93 is an Open Standard Module (OSM) solder-down System-on-Module built on the NXP i.MX93 applications processor, designed as an ultra-compact, connector-less compute core for high-reliability edge and IoT devices.

In a tiny 30 x 30 mm footprint with 2GB LPDDR4 and 16GB eMMC (8/32GB optional), it delivers efficient Arm compute with rich industrial I/O.

The module exposes dual Gigabit Ethernet (one with TSN), MIPI CSI camera and MIPI DSI display, USB 2.0, CAN-FD, SPI, I2C and multiple UARTs through the standardised OSM edge pads — eliminating connectors for maximum shock and vibration resistance in mass-deployed embedded products.
